Ralph Anderson AIA

As special consideration, I wanted to thank Ralph Anderson for his unique design details on the Magnolia Residence pictured above. As a Northwest Architectural icon, his designs are distinguished throughout the Seattle area. Incorporating northwest contemporary with Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie Style and a perfect sense of scale, he designed the Magnolia Residence to take advantage of Olympic and Puget Sound views.

The Magnolia Residence was one of Ralph's last projects prior to retirement and conversely one of Rex Constructions first projects. Since that project, we have had the pleasure of working with many very qualified Architects and listed on this page are some of our favorites.
