The Company

Rex Construction is a locally owned and operated company.  Tracy Rex, president, has been building Custom Homes since 1995.  With a business degree from Western Washington University and a Construction Management Degree from the University of Washington, Tracy has the knowledge and experience to make your project a success.  Rex Construction specializes in Custom Homes and as you have seen in their portfolio, they take pride in every project.

Project Management

While building your dream home with Rex Construction, our project manager will not only provide you with budgeting numbers at the early stages of planning, but will use that same information via our computerized billing and tracking systems to keep you up to date on your project to the very end.  Monthly budget and schedule updates are standard policy.  This gives our customers control to make those important decisions they are faced during a custom project.  The timeline schedule gives you ample time to pick the perfect finishes as well.

Job Site Supervision

In addition to having a superintendent onsite to make sure every last detail is carefully managed, you will find a clean and organized jobsite.  This enables our subcontractors to work together to produce a product that you will be proud to call home.  A weekly site walk-through and a customer service oriented attitude lets you see your project is built with quality and on schedule.

Subcontractors and Suppliers

Successful companies have longtime employees that are the catalyst to their success.  In addition to longtime employees, we have longtime subcontractors and suppliers.  Our subcontractor base is the best in the business with many of them with us since our formation in 1999.  To produce a custom product in a timely manner, it is vital that you have the proper manpower.  Our subcontractors are not only looking out for us as the General Contractor, but think of you as the owner during all aspects of their work.  This promotes a pride in workmanship and a connection to the process that our clients benefit from for years in the future of their home.
